One of the hottest novelty of 2008 – Tata Nano will come to the US by 2011 and the car is expected to cost not more than $2,300. According to the manufacturer, the car has all the basic necessities a usual city car should have: a lightweight aluminum 2-cylinder 624 cc petrol engine that ensures with 33 horsepower, bold appearance, main driver’s necessities and one of the cheapest price tags ever. Those who can’t imagine their life without such things as climate control, assisted braking, and fog lights should pay some more because these features are optional.
The car comes in three exterior color choices, and offers a folding rear seat. Those willing to part with a few dollars more can opt for luxuries such as climate control, assisted braking, and fog lights.
Tata is going to launch the Nano in Europe in 2011.
