It's a deal! I just have to finish negotiating, and sell one of my BMW's to make room in the garage.

Katherine:

You astound me! You are 16 years old?

Honestly, I owe you a big apology, because I know how I must have sounded to you after reading all of my comments from your articles.

First of all, 16 or not, I enjoy your website tremendously. I thought it was a professional website made by an automobile magazine (honestly).

The reason I went to your website, is because I am thinking of buying a Ferrari for investment. It is a very risky decision for me, and I wanted to research Ferrari's as an investment (rather than just collectibility). Your article, "Ferrari: Investment or Insane?" was excellent! It was such a good article that I printed it out and shared it at work with co-workers who agreed with everything you said. I am going to share it with a Ferrari Service Owner soon. It captured my feelings about the car, and informed me of the significant colors and reasoning behind Ferrari's symbol.

Anyway, keep up the great work because you have talent beyond your years here (far more than I have).

You handled my comments well, so I applaud you for infoming me of my own ignorance.

Your website is great. As a car lover, I enjoyed it very much.

(C'mon...You can't possibly be able to have done all of this at only 16!)

Again, sorry!

Hello, Mykol! Actually, I am only 16 years old and don't posses such profound knowledge in this topic as you does. I must just trying to choose a car for myself. While searching, I fund out a very interesting information about cars and decided to share it with my readers, guests and friends... And about Mini, Madonna is not the only one person in America. About the title, I mean cars, which survived sometimes unexpected and unpleasant moments in their lives. But, there are people who do not care about such moments anymore and just like these cars. Nevertheless, thank you for useful information and exhaustive additions.

I don't think your list is of the 10 most unpopular cars, but you are entitled to your opinion. For example, in another article you talk about how much Madonna loves her Mini. America is in love with that car, too. Most (definitely not all) of the cars you mention are quite collectible. Perhaps you are referring to the 10 most tragic events associated with cars, or something like that. I'm not sure.

Chevrolet Corvair (not corsair). It had no safety features keeping up with the American market. This trend toward safety also affected the Jaguar XK-E by eliminating the beautiful chrome bumpers in exchange for bulky and ugly black rubber bumpers in order to keep it imported to the U.S.

The EV-1 looked like a good fuel alternative considering the price of gas immediately shot up from 32 cents to 78 cents a gallon overnight. But, the EV-1 only moved 28 MPH, and ran about 30 miles before needing 14 hours to recharge. That wouldn't qualify it for a daily driver, and Americans usually pull out their speed cars for the weekends, so the EV-1 was doomed from the beginning.

Adolph hitler committed suicide in the living room of his hideout 'Eagle's Nest.' His hidden Mercedes was discovered about 30 years later in the garage of one of the homes of his lover, Eva Braun.

As for "no President traveling in a convertible car" since the J. F. Kennedy assasination... Jimmy Carter got completely out of his Limousine, and walked down the middle of the street waving to the crowd. He openly walked (miles) all the way to the White House, while holding his wife's hand and waving to the crowd. Gerald Ford's son, Jack drove an open Jeep, and President Ford had been seen several times riding in it while he was still President. Bill Clinton openly drove his 1965 red convertible Ford Mustang during a parade in Arkansas while still President. I think what you mean is that No Presidential Limousine has been open-topped since the Kennedy assassination. But then, Lincoln hasn't made a convertible limo since that time, either.

Rx-8 Agreed.

Mini, one of 10 most unpopular cars? Tell that to Madonna as well as the American buying public which are responsible for most Mini sales worldwide.

"Porsches are among the most popular people killers." Yikes!

I think, each manufacturer while constructing a new model of car, investing money and time into its development doesn't want it to fail. But sometimes, some strange things happen and a car, supposed to be popular and top-selling - loses! It is terrible and unfair, but you can do nothing about it.

Every one of us has his/her own tastes when it comes to choosing vehicles. I either have a bad taste or a good taste in the eyes and opinion of some people. But either way, some cars are obviously underrated and some are admired. It depends… it’s you...

Thank you for your remark, Jacob! I like cars, and I always try my best to find out more about them! Of course, I meant Chevrolet Corvair! While reading about cars my head went round because of their stylish look! Thank you very much again! Next time I will try to be more attentive!
