A recent movie with Nicholas Cages – “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” seems to be a really dramatic one. During the filming a Ferrari crashed into a restaurant in New York’s Times Square. The saddest part – the two pedestrians were injured in the accident.

Ferrari Crash

There were a lot of onlookers there and nobody was even dare to think that a chase scene would be too realistic to be true. The car jumped a curb and smashed into the entrance of restaurant.

The both victims were taken to a hospital and everything is OK with their health right now.

Due to the director the scene required the luxury sports car to make a mind-blowing ride over several vehicles in pursuit of a Mercedes. The ride turned to be even more mind-blowing that ever before.

I heard that it was in fact a stunt man that had this crash and not Nicholas himself, lucky there was not such serious injuries.

In the movie THE ROCK,1996, he also flips a ferrari and it gets hit by a trolleycar.

It's so true. The CVT (continuously variable transmission) operates smoothly with no jerking and having more speeds these days (6 as opposed to 3-5) means better gas mileage, too.
