Today I have a wonderful dream, I saw myself driving a posh, glam and inexcusably expensive car. I look like one of these barbie-baby-doll girls: thin, long-legged and long-heared, with a make-up perfectly matching to me, a luxurious dress from Calvin Klein and my car! Oh! It wasn’t a Ferrari, it is LAMBORGHINI. So, I decided to find some info about it.

Automobili-Lamborghini S.p.A., commonly referred to as simply Lamborghini is an Italian manufacturer of high performance sports cars based in the small Italian village of Sant’Agata Bolognese, near Bologna. Lamborghini is now a subsidiary of German car manufacturer Audi AG, which is in turn a subsidiary of Volkswagen.

By the way, Lamborghini is the main counterpart of Ferrari. Nobody knows for sure, but there is a one funny story considering Lamborghini-cars origin. Ferruccio Lamborghini went to meet Enzo Ferrari to complain about the quality of the clutch in the Ferrari 250 GT he owned. Enzo Ferrari sent him away telling him to go and drive tractors because he was not able to drive cars. Lamborghini went back to his factory, had his Ferrari’s clutch dismantled and realized that the clutch manufacturer was the same who supplied the clutches for his tractors. In his warehouse he found a spare part which he thought suitable, and when it was installed the problem was solved. That is how a new car was born!

One more interesting fact, Ferruccio Lamborghini’s main rule was not to involve his cars into racing, because it is too expensive and too demanding in company resources. Indeed, while his managing no Lamborghini racing car was manufactured.

Oh! I’m impressed! They are so beautiful, full of life and power. While looking at this car I feel myself happy and invulnerable! But, again! It is too expensive and it shows the status which I didn’t possess! May be yet!

My first meeting with a car was 13 years ago. My father’s friend took me and his daughter to their summer cottage. His driving was perfect: sporty, active, aggressive, so – brilliant! Wind was rushing into our young faces, sun dazzled our eyes but we were happy! Years after I found out – from the medical point of view, this inexplicable feeling is caused by adrenalin! Since than I’m in love with cars, I adore their look, smooth surface, convenient padded seats… My head goes round from the opportunities they offer me: I can go anywhere I want, stop everywhere I wish, take my friends with me. It will make me feel comfortable and free, limp and at ease! So, I suppose while driving a car – I will feel myself on the top of the world!

And now, I will let the cat out of the bag and tell you – I STILL DON’T KNOW WHAT CAR I WILL HAVE! And in order not to be caught on the wrong foot, I’ll find out everything about cars and try to choose the most suitable for me!
