Ford Focus Race Car Concept Debuts in LA 2010

Ford has just made a fantastic debut for the L.A. Auto Show. The company showed the new Ford Focus race car concept, that would be a star of the company’s team car for the 2011 British Touring Car Championship season.

The car is based on the 2012 street legal Focus, and it uses 2.0-liter turbocharged Ecoboost engine. Unfortunately, the tech specs are kept under the rose. Love this cute Fordie!

Ford Start Concept May Debut in 2014 Replacing Ka

All those who are in love with Ford Ka may take the new Start Concept really seriously. According to the manufacturer, the new model would replace the Ka in Ford’s lineup by 2014.

Ford introduced the Start Concept at the Beijing Motor Show earlier this year and it left a lot of people and critics speechless. The car is stunning. It is made from an aluminum and will be the hottest attention getter on the road.

The Start was created by Ford’s Strategic Concepts Group Studios in Irvine, California. The Start is only a concept car, but it comes with a 1.0 liter, 3-cylinder, turbocharged, direct-injection EcoBoost engine and will cost $13,000.

It will be really challenging to find at least one girl, which hasn’t heard about Ford Ka. This small and bold car is an absolute favorit while talking about really stylish cars. Thanks to one of the hottest car magazines Cartribe we can enjoy the first leaked photo of the new Ford Ka 2008 that will make its debut only at the Paris Motor Show.

The first impression is WOW! This car looks really hot. Just a bit like Fiesta, don’t you think so? The car is created on a Fiat 500-based platform. We can’t be 100 percent sure, but most likely the Ka will get a 1.4-liter gas engine in the base model.

And let us wish the Ka good luck and officially congratulate this car, ‘cause it will appear in the new Bond film, Quantum of Solace. Its approximate price is 10 000 euro. It is expected that the car will hit markets in October 2009.

Today I am going to tell you about one of my favourite car types – small and compact women cars. What can be better for women? I am talking about Ford Ka. The next generation Ford Ka was considered to be built over Fiat 500’s platform.\

The new Ford is going to be produced in Europe, namely in Poland, actually, right at the same site where the 500 was made. It will has the same platform and engines as the previous car.

The car is going to make its debut by the end of the year, may be even at the Paris Auto Show. What is more, the accent will be made on fuel economy and safety. And the last point, this car looks incredibly NICE!!!

Ford Ranger WildTrak Edition Release

Now let us say “Hello!” to a guest from the remote United Kingdom. This car was released at the Birmingham based Commercial Vehicle Show and I am talking about a new version of a popular car Ford Ranger – Ford Ranger WildTrak. May be it will sound too plain, but I can’t get enough of this stripes’ style. So, the new ranger will come with ‘Le Mans’ white bonnet and roof stripes.

As to the technical characteristics, they are not very impressive: the Ranger will use a standard 3.0 liter Duratorq engine with 156 hp. Ford is a very important car on the UK market, for example, only during the last year there was sold 7,600 Rangers.

This new colour decision of Ford is going to be ideal for stylish drivers and car-owners.

2008 Ford Kuga a New Car or a Twin?

I think, most of us still remember Ford Iosis X concept, it was unveiled at the Paris Auto Show 2006. It has much in common with the Iosis X concept, but, still possesses some differences:

powered by Ford’s 2.0-litre 136PS TDCi engine (it is a fuel efficient one);
combines elements of SUV and coupe car in designing;
has a kinetic and non-aggressive designs;
six-speed manual transmission;
bold wheel arches (19-inch);
trapezoidal and interesting front grills;
modified body. Thus, all five passengers and luggage feel themselves comfortable;

It is the first car from Ford designed exceptionally in Europe and for Europe. This car will be released in Germany in 2008. But, Ford has no ideas to bring Kuga to America.
