VW Beetle R Coming with 270 HP

Hurray, finally I am looking at a new Volkswagen Beetle and I like this cutie. It was reported that VW Beetle R will get the same amount of power (if not more) from the same 2.0 liter TFSI unit.

The new VW Beetle R will be getting the full 270 PS (199 kW / 266 bhp) and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque from the same 2.0 liter turbocharged engine they use in Golf. The manufacturer claims that the model will make its debut later this year.

They promise the car sprint time will take 7.5 seconds, consumption will be 7.7 liters/100 km and it will cost more than $35 000.

Hey, Beetle-lovers, your day has finally come. According to a very reliable source, the next-generation Volkswagen Beetle concept will be introduced at the upcoming Los Angeles auto show in November.

It is not known for sure but most likely the car will get a renewed look, and a much better engine.

May be they will create even a hybrid.

I’m almost sure, you’ll never guess what car I was ready to buy, while in Egypt. It is: small, funny, tuned and green. It looks like a perfect car for Shrek, but I liked it as well.

It is a completely changed and tuned Volkswagen Beetle. Thus, it is powerful and has excellent driving performance. Unfortunately, I don’t know its price but anyway, I would like to have this cute car. Egypt forever!!!
